REVLOG operates a shared reverse logistics network for end-of-life EV batteries. We deploy fire-retardant Smart-Bins at swap stations, run shared Milk Run collection routes across multiple OEMs, and provide full chain of custody from deposit to recycler, with every event hashed on blockchain for tamper-proof accountability.

Instead of each OEM running separate hazmat pickups for small volumes, REVLOG aggregates batteries from multiple OEMs into shared collection routes. This dramatically lowers the per-battery cost of collection, making small-volume pickup economically viable for the first time.

We handle lithium-ion batteries from all EV form factors: 2-wheelers (motorcycles), 3-wheelers (tuk-tuks), passenger EVs, commercial vehicles, and EV buses. Our Smart-Bins and routes are designed to accommodate different battery sizes and chemistries.
